We will be conducting a Food Safety Preparation & Storage Class at our Legion Post 501 on January 10, 2019, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. This is a volunteer class conducted by Legionnaire Jerry Schultz, 2nd Vice. For those Legionnaires, SAL, Auxiliary members, and others that provide services where food preparation is involved. This is an essential class. There is no cost to attend. It would be helpful if you would let us know of your willingness to take this class.
