This will be our annual swiss steak dinner and, as last year, the folks who participated raved with Chef Rishard's creative cuisine. Here's the update we promised you-- The cost will be $8.50 per adult, Children under 12 will be $4.00 Children will be welcomed; if well behaved they won't have to do dishes.
One caution is that we only have a limited number of servings, so plan on early arrival. We may not be able to extend the meal to 8:00pm.
What do you get for your donation?
A generous slice of succulent steak simmered in the Swiss style
Some sort of potatos - so secret the chef wouldn't release the title
Maybe a dinner roll of some sort, along with jam/jelly and butter
A salad, with selected dressings
Liquid libations such as coffee, milk or water
Some sort of scrumptious desert to plus up the calorie count.
So come early, bring family and/or a friend, and join fellow veterans in breaking bread while helping their fund raising for each other.
